Orders placed by 2PM AEST on a business day (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2PM AEST or on weekend, will be processed next business day.
For international delivery the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination. Delivery time changes depending upon your country. Your order may be subject to the customs of your country. In such a case, your country customs or the delivery firm will contact you to let you know about the steps you have to complete to receive your packages. Customs fees and additional taxes may vary according to the country you reside in. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover costs to receive the package(s).
We dispatch your order either from Australia or Turkey. All orders are processed 3-5 days and provide you a tracking number.

Please know that not always, but in some instances the volume of orders we receive may increase delivery timeframes marginally. Due to the current situation around the world we are still shipping out. In the event that we are closed and unable to ship we will ship your orders at the earliest time possible. In the meantime orders are still being processed and going out daily. Please allow for extra time on your deliveries if the situation progresses. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in the event that we are required to close for a period or Aus Post uncontrollable timeframes by Aus Post.

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number.
Australian Orders can be tracked via http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html
US Orders can only be tracked once arrived in the US via https://www.usps.com
For all other countries please refer to your local carriers.
Please take note that customs have the right to stop your parcel for a considerable amount of time, to conduct routine checks.
On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Investigation Team. Unfortunately these timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.
Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
If parcels are not collected, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
